Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern the sale of ceramic pieces and art sculptures made and sold by Anne Lemogne on the Terre & Marée website. Placing an order implies their unreserved acceptance.

Article 2 — The pieces

Every piece is unique and handmade. The photographs are as faithful as possible; slight variations in colour, glaze or material are inherent to handcrafted work and do not constitute a defect.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code — to be confirmed according to Anne's status. Shipping costs are added separately and confirmed before any payment.

Article 4 — Orders

An order is placed by completing the order form and expressly accepting these terms. As every piece is unique, it is reserved as soon as the order is received. The sale is concluded when Anne Lemogne confirms availability and payment is made.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made by bank card (secure payment link), bank transfer or Wero, after the order has been confirmed. The piece is shipped once payment has been received.

Article 6 — Delivery

All pieces are shipped within 7 days, except for the “Monumental Works” collection, sent by specialist carrier, for which the lead time is about a month. Delivery is made to the address given by the buyer.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without having to give a reason. The piece is returned in its original packaging, gift box included, using the “return” label provided by Terre & Marée. The refund is made by bank transfer within 3 days of receiving the piece in good condition. For pieces from the “Monumental Works” collection, return costs remain the buyer's responsibility.

Article 8 — Gift vouchers

The gift voucher is valid on any work on the site, for a single order. It cannot be refunded: if the work costs less than the voucher, the balance is not returned. Each voucher is identified by a unique reference.

Article 9 — Warranties

The pieces are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 of the French Civil Code).

Article 10 — Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the buyer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator: details to be added.
